1. Vegetable Pakora (Vegetarian).
Mixture of sliced potato, cabbage and onions marinated in a lightly spiced batter sauce and shallow fried.

2. Nepali Chingri.
Larger Prawns Steamed with tamarind bay leaf and garlic, fairly hot sweet & sour.

3. Chicken Pakora.
Strips of chicken marinated in a lightly spiced batter sauce and shallow fried.

4. Roshani Kofta.
Minced lamb infused with freshly crushed ginger, spring onion and fragranced with cinnamon, then flattened in a ball shape and shallow fried with olive oil..
